køppe gallery  – contemporary objects is a new gallery in Copenhagen, Denmark. The gallery shows contemporary objects created and produced exclusively as unique exhibits. The designers connected to drud & køppe gallery express points of view, comments on human existence, artistic traditions and perspectives. The exhibited objects afford the viewer to reflect on content, aesthetics and the ways and means of perceiving design and art.

Concurrent to the ongoing exhibitions the gallery will invite leading internationally recognized artists and designers in the fields of architecture, design and visual arts to have a number of their works exhibited in the gallery. Furthermore køppe gallery will continuously receive the latest work of the gallery´s artists. 

The gallery space
The gallery space, with 5 meters from floor to ceiling, was once the pharmacy at the Royal hospital complex dating from 1750, which now houses The Danish Museum of Arts & Design. køppe gallery  – Contemporary Objects is centrally situated in the gallery area of Copenhagen.
